Highlights

  • Due to collaborative industry-government leadership experience and successful project management track record, selected as an interim project manager to lead one of the most visible and complex operations, supply chain and government environmental regulatory enforcement projects to-date in United States business history.   Daily, national collaborative operations, supply chain and resources management with Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (VW) to remove from US commerce more than 100,000 VW turbocharged direct injection (TDI) vehicles to steel recycling as mandated by the US Department of Justice.  Provided all vehicle asset tracking number and precious metals tracking information for VW, US Department of Justice and US Environmental Protection Agency legal reporting requirements.

  • Designed, planned and led a US industry project team for operating innovations in integrated enterprise energy, operating asset and sustainability management that received a State of California award for energy education and leadership from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Selected by the Governor’s office and California Energy Commission to participate on the Governor’s Green Action Team to transfer Fortune 500-applicable Best Practice operating processes and technologies to State of California government agencies.

  • Due to a successful project management leadership track record in managing complex, high profile industry-government projects, was selected as project manager by the US Air Force-Air Combat Command and the California Energy Commission to lead and manage 10 operations, engineering, cybersecurity and technology teams.  The project objective was to deliver a national security strategic roadmap in alignment with a Secretary of the Air Force strategy directive for US Air Force operations’ energy resource supply chain infrastructure, resiliency and sustainability management.  The project has evolved to a global resiliency standard for the US Air Force.

  • Experienced with grant funding processes.  Received $2 million in grant funding appropriations for various industry and government sector projects.  A registered Commercial & Government Entity (CAGE) federal government contractor for federal projects and prioritization in grant funding solicitations.  A North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) registered Commercial & Government Entity (NCAGE) for NATO member country projects and funding opportunities.
